The sun has been shining here today, so pottered around this morning, went up to my local shops this afternoon, longest queue I saw was outside the fruit and veg shop, but as I'd be buying for the sake of buying, I left it😊🌈🍅🍒🍓🍋🍊🍉STAY SAFE AND WELL

Slipped and slided myself to the shops as it was treacherous underfoot here. To be honest wouldn't have gone out but we had no milk and my brother in law who js shielding had run out of some essentials. Had a nice couple of hours watching footie on TV as my body decided I needed a lazy day as I have been doing too much lately which has unfortunately increased my pain levels. Feel better for the rest. Chilli and chips for tea and then I am going to read a book. Have masses to chose from on my Kindle so will try a new author.x

It was icy here in Cardiff as well this morning and we had a short walk round the streets as the parks were busy and left it at that for today.
Try chelle ryder, she's great!
I did the same at the buchers. I saw the queue and thought... Can I do nwithout? I could and left. I did visit the small, local supermarket as they are so careful with customers 'safety. I went round quickly and came home. Been online practicing learning Welsh for the past hour or so. Time for a coffee before Flog It comes on.Cheers, hope you enjoy the evening TV.

Thats what we do before we go to a supermarket or food shop ask do we need to be there or can we make do with what's available in the cupboards and 95% of the time we can easily make do with what's already there.

When I saw, the queue, I wondered why they were queuing on a Saturday afternoon....... Think for veg for sunday lunch
It's been stunning here as well, I'm glad you got out and a good idea to avoid the fruit and veg shop when you don't really need anything.
I walked up to the local shop this morning to get a paper, my weekly magazines and to buy food for the food bank. Our daughter who's in our bubble as she lives on her own came out so we played Scattergories.

It was a pretty, sunny day here today too Jennymary. It makes such a difference. Quite agree it makes no sense to lengthen a queue, unless you must. I was home all day today and felt really relaxed so stuck with some episodes of ITV's second The Bay crime series, following on from the last of 'Finding Alice' which I also enjoyed.
I was watching videos of Pyrography and I want to do that soon 😄
What is Pyrography, I've never heard of it ☹️
