COPING: What to do with the time.

I enjoy biking on the nearby biking/hiking trail, planning menus (I send in a grocery list for Thursday pickup (at no charge for seniors) outside the store; cooking, and reading. I did assist the local elections board with early voting and on Election Day, without any problem, Covid19 protocols were faithfully carried out. For the most part, however, I have sheltered in place since the shutdown, not attending church or other ordinary, in-person activities. On 7 January I took my first Pfizer vaccine and have a 28 January appointment to complete the cycle. Everything is good, so far, although I, as most people, have to deal with Covid19 fatigue.

I also enjoy biking as well as power walking and that's what's kept me going. We have local elections here in May and I'll be working on those.

I also cook all my own food and bake spelt sourdough bread as I have IBS so can't eat ordinary bread.

Exercise has kept me going.

The description of your bread sounds great. I buy from the grocery a flourless bread made of sprouted spelt, barley, wheat, lentils, and millet. Unfortunately it also contains some gluten, I suppose to hold the mixture together. Stay with your wonderful regimen; it must account for your downright athleticism and general good health.

Thank you Don and the bread turns out lovely each time. I love the sound of what's in the bread you buy, I'd probably be okay with the ingredients apart from barley, barley and my tummy do not get on at all which is sad as a lot of the supermarket sourdough breads contain barley.

I'm definitely keeping up with what I'm doing and it seems to keep me going for sure.
