I had my usual, I'm a terrible creature of habit. I had homemade spelt sourdough bread, Vegan Applewood Cheddar, red peppers and a homemade Vegan Vanilla cheesecake😋. I enjoyed this after a gym workout.🙏🏋️♀️🤸♀️ xx 💜💜
Main meal will be dinner tonight, a special one to celebrate New Years Eve. We will have Onion Bahjis, Lamb curry with pilau rice, daal with preserved lemons, mushroom bahji, bombay potatoes, raita and naan. All (except the naan) home made from Madhur Jaffrey recipes from a book I have had since the 1970s. (and most already in the freezer so not a huge cooking day) Maybe Cava with it, some cooling special ice cream, not home made this year though I often do make it at Christmas, to finish with.I have always loved to cook and cooked a great variety of food, my husband cooks and helps me with the cooking. But we are missing eating out, having someone else cook and serve the meal.
