I haven't been to the gym today as I feel much better exercising hard every other day, it gives me a rest day in between and I'm much better at exercising with a rest day.
But I couldn't just sit around now could I 😉, it had to be a powerwalk/fast walk, well you know me, I'm sure you must do by now LOL.
I walked a total of 26,666 steps which is 13.35 miles and a burn of 1,057 calories, I'm happy with that and I got to see the lovely views and of course my favourite animal, horses.

Beautiful pics. I really enjoy your walks!🤗It’s getting ready to be a miserable few days with rain, high winds and possibly tornadoes....but not all in our immediate area. But yucky to ring in the new year. Hope that new strain of the virus hadn’t reached your area....stay safe and well.
Thank you Williemom. We are due for some nicer weather as it's not been the best lately. I really hope that you keep safe in the awful weather that has been forecast. Unfortunately the new strain has reached us but we've had another vaccine approved so that's really good.
ARe you getting the vaccine?I haven’t heard from our doc as to when or if he thinks we should do it now. However my husband is 83 and not in good health and I’m old too so guess we will qualify 🤭
I certainly will be when it's available to me which looks like it'll be around Spring time. I'm 61. You certainly qualify for the vaccine, I'm sorry your husband isn't in good health.
