This should make you smile.....
A wife texts her husband one, very cold, morning "Windows Frozen, won't Open, can you help?" The husband replies "Get some 'luke warm' water and 'run' it around the edges, then get the small hammer and gently tap all round. This should cure the problem".
Ten minutes later the wife texts back "The Computer is really 'Messed Up' now!"

Its only when you reach the end you really appreciate this. I wonder how many of us on here thought of windows/computer ? I instantly thought of sash type glass windows. Obviously a new generation of young people would.

Kind of related - I worked in a hardware store as a teenager. A lady came in and asked for elbow grease. She said her husband said she needed it. True story...
When we were in Nursing training one somewhat dense student was sent to the stores for a pair of Fallopian tubes! Someone else got caught out when asked what she would do for a patient who had fainted, and she said 'Throw a bucket of water at them!'
Neither of them stayed very long.
