Hi all
I had a very good powerwalk today and took the pretty route again and met a friend for coffee. I didn't use my bike as it's not very far for riding so decided to walk instead. I walked 22,282 steps.
It'll be a gym session tomorrow with my daughter.😊🤸♀️🏃♀️

I just sat in the truck for four hours today.
But this weekend I get to spread a bunch of horse manure on the fruit trees. I guess that counts for something. It takes about a half a day to get all of them.
Well I can see you didn't have a option Dave.
Oh that most definitely counts lugging around horse manure, you use so many muscles doing that. A lot more enjoyable than sat in a truck for sure.
