What's your favorite band and song? You can listen to them on either the radio or a CD. :-)

Bless you, how I feel for you! I'm sure that counselling will be a tremendous help, don't know if you've been bullied at school or later on in life but I do know that nows your opportunity to show your nasty bullies that you're a better stronger person than them! I really wish you the very best of everything xx

What is your favorite animal. what was your first ever pet that you remember. Do you have a pet now. Have you looked at any of the free apps you can download to help with anxieties and depression. No matter what walk of life you are in, or frame of mind, it is always helpful to be open minded, where there is always the possibility of options. 😊

In my experience, bullies are very insecure people with weird boundaries and are often narcissistic and feed off drama.

If being subtly confrontational is too scary, 'I think the way we are handling our difference of opinion could make us both look bad!' being stoic is probably the next best thing. These people are like wave machines and they do their best to get some kind of reaction to make the other party slip up.

I recommend counselling and possibly subscribing to a good channel for narcissistic abuse survival. Dr Ramani is lovely.

HLAB35 profile image
HLAB35 in reply to Dogmad600

That's really good to hear.

Just remember, bullies are weird and deep down know they're weird and if you are reasonable and strong around them, most of them will lose interest.

You are not alone in this. To a greater or lesser extent , admit it or not we all suffer form anxiety. no one thing is likely to be a solution. Suggest throwing the bucket at it.

Ideas:

Praying.

Journalling, putting thoughts, fears, frustrations, anything down on paper may help.

Exercise, any kind, waking, swimming, whatever, even in tiny amounts.

Web resources, blogs, podcasts.

Reading.

And all the aforementioned.

Medication may be needed, hopefully not. Expensive, comes with side effects and complications.

Do Pray you can get some relief.

Try to read some of the writings of Julian of Norwich. I think that you will find some comfort and peace.

I read somewhere, if you cannot sleep to leave your worries up to God because He is up all night anyway.

He created you, He loves you, He keeps you.

If you are a believer, here are some scriptures...Proverbs 12:25 Anxiety in a man's heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad. 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Philippians 4:6-7 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Depending on where you live, find a recreational activity you like to do. Me I've taken to fishing and bike rides. Can't do either right now because of bad air quality. Also keep in mind that we are alive and 🙏🏾🙏🏻🙏🏼🙏 hope you can get over your worries, I believe we've all been through this.

hi, hope you are feeling better. When I feel worried like what I think you are saying this is something inside of you in general not about a certain thing. This is where you need to find piece within your self. Some times a friend and etc. can help but in the end only yourself can get you through this when you find that enter piece. I turn to god and ask if he will help me and carry this sadness for me and it always help. We need to remember that god is our best friend and he may answer in a way that you didn't think about he will answer just listen.
