Hi all
It's been a busy day today, hairdressers, cycle ride to see a friend for an hour, had lunch then off to the hospital for an x Ray on my foot, all went very well.
I cycled 23.94 miles which I really enjoyed.

Thank you Bobby, I can now see as I have a fringe again, the small things in life.😉 In a way I hope they can see something with my foot, at least it'll be an explanation.

Thank you Ali, it was a lovely ride and so fortuitous to see the horse again. I had an X Ray on it yesterday as it's still playing up. I can walk but cannot walk like I was doing so have had to pull out of a 26 miler I was going to do for charity - there's always next year though
I walked with Jeff today around the coastal path but that was gentle walking for me and I felt the ache in my foot all the way but it didn't actually bother me but I I put in the effort like I was doing before then it does play up more. 
You must feel so much better after having your 💇♀️ I can’t wait 😩
It really is lovely to see friends, I'm seeing another one on Friday and we are going to get takeaway coffees and sit apart from each other on a wall but it's still good even if you can't hug your friend although I'm looking forward to hugging her, she's such a good friend.
