This is what I had for dinner tonight delivered/sent by brother and his family for Father’s Day. It’s a Cobb Salad (Gluten Free version). I added a gluten free chunky blue cheese Greek yogurt dressing. The rolls are gluten free, as well and I have one leftover for tomorrow. I had a Greek yogurt on the side with water. Everything was really good and filling. Very low carb high protein. 69 carbs. for the meal.

It looks a tasty salad. I had a backed potato today with salad and the tomatoes where delicious, they where called, sugar drop tomatoes, I think. I sprinkled a bit of balsamic vinegar dressing over the salad it was very tasty. It was nice of your brother to send it over for Father's day. 😊🌻

It's not 'strange' to have what you had for a breakfast. It sounds good to me. I like potatoes and eggs. Some protein and a carb. together. It's like with eggs and a Greek yogurt. The Greek yogurt has fruit on the bottom, so there's some carbs. and lots of protein.

Thank you, Hidden . Everyone loved what we had ordered for last night. We have one gluten free roll left and a loaf of regular bread left from the restaurant. I may have the roll for lunch or save it for tonight's dinner.
