It would be so easy just to watch TV, eat, sleep and not even bother to shower or change clothes - yes I do it quite regularly when depressed or having a flare. I would like to wear some of my clothes I'm always saving for best and hardly ever or never get to wear. I'm 9 stone over weight and was due bariatric surgery this year 😔 I know if I look nice I feel better about myself and not like such a slob. Won't the postman be surprised when I open the door in an evening dress 😂

Yes, pretty often in dressing gown as I am a night owl. The present social cut off means they can’t come over the threshold, that’s a really bad cop out for not tidying up before bed- oh dear, I’ll have to get out of this slide, there’s still nearly 11 weeks of isolation to go. Light house keepers must be very self disciplined people! Chin up to all of us.

I very much agree with everything you said. I too want to loose weight and feel good. My motivation at the moment is a challenge. I would love to put on make up and nice clothes.
I'm putting together a timetable to give myself purpose. I may book in a day where I wear nicer clothes, put on make up, wear jewellery, favourite perfume and spend the day doing my nails, skype friends and family etc.

Great idea! Take a few photos or video a special message to friends and family - let everyone know you're taking care of yourself. It feels good when someone says you look nice. Enjoy! xx

I am anal about getting a shower every day, but I do work from home in comfy clothes and I am taking the time when I would normally be commuting to spring clean, so my house actually looks worse than usual, as we are sorting out clothes and old toys...it has to get worse before it gets better
