As this group seems to have lost its focus and direction I wanted to post something that might help to get it back on track again. Here's a link to some information about a current health improvement campaign which encourages us to walk briskly for 10 minutes per day. I really like this idea because it sounds like a simple and achievable goal for me, as I don't do any regular exercise and I don't do anything like going to a gym (because that's not an environment that I feel comfortable in).
