Think this community is quite versatile! We had lots of different input and interesting, hope you keep Positive Wellbeing going!🌈

Holistic Health protocols that have been recognized as viable in controlling platelet levels

This poll seems to expect a comment.

Hey General, you don't have to comment and your not obliged to, but it would be nice to hear/see some views, hope this helps

I think it seemed hung up until I put in a comment. But maybe it was just being slow.

Thanks for this forum.

Well there you go, I ticked every oneπŸ‘πŸ˜Š.

A while ago someone shared an online jigsaw puzzle, I'd never seen one before and it was such fun to do.

AliciaπŸŒˆπŸ‘πŸ˜Š

Jigsaw puzzles are great!

crazyfitness

Aren't they justπŸ‘

Maybe they are, but get out cycling every day and get the miles in. Lots better for you !

Cycling is great but I`m 72 and could fall easily, it wouldn`t be nice if I did. I do walk and lift dumbells. The puzzles are great for concentration and can take your mind off worrying, also some are really good!

I agree. Good when you’re taking a break πŸ™‚

You're a young man GeraldDavid, I am considerably older than thee lad. I ride on a daily basis for all round fitness. Long may it continue. Stay well and all the best to you.

crazyfitnessAmbassador in reply to cycleman73

I don't ride every day as I like to feel safe i.e. the wind has been very strong for a couple of days now and I don't feel safe. I do love my bike but when I can't ride it I go to the gym which is where I'm going tonight. Love exercise, makes you feel so good. When relaxing though I do think jigsaw puzzles are very good.

Spot on Crazyfitness, you'll live forever !!

Bless you and thank you. Not long back from the gym

I must have missed that, haven’t done a jigsaw in years as my oldest cat likes to eat puzzle pieces. The younger kitty eats cardboard boxes, along with a lot of other inappropriate things (earphones, phone charging cables, bracelets etc) so I don’t think a physical jigsaw would survive long in my house! πŸ˜‚

Your cats have some expensive tastes. 😁

crazyfitnessAmbassador in reply to ArctoLindy

Sorry for late reply, I haven't been on for a couple of days. Your cats sound very mischievous bless them, my cat wouldn't have the exergy bless him, he just sleeps. The only jigsaw was such good fun. :)

It was probably Wallowa. She posts some really good ones of her sketches. x

I can't remember who it was but I have to say it was really good x

Not more recipes, and fitness classes on TV especially, PLEASE!

Hi

Well , I picked each one too!! The support is great and it's also extremely varied. Thank you to the admin team and everyone on this community

Love and hugs to you all Lynne xxxx β€οΈπŸ€—πŸŒˆπŸ’œ

What a lovely reply Lynne and i totally agree with everything you have said! :)

Hope you are well :)

Love and hugs to you aswell xxxx ❀😊🌷

Aww, bless you thank.

How are you feeling tonight?

I'm not good tbh. Thank you for asking. I'm having ongoing UTIs at the moment. I'm waiting for an op called dilatation of the urethra. Had this done 4 years ago. To put it bluntly I'm not emptying my bladder properly even when I try to force it so it's backing up all the time. My consultant phoned me after 5 urgent referrals and said he would put me straight through for the op as he remembered me from before , knew what the problem was and didn't want me to have loads of clinic appointments when he knew what to do!! Unbeknown to me I had been discharged last year when I couldn't use a catheter as my arms are too short πŸ˜‚ next step after this is a bag which tbh not bothered about as it will be one less pain that I have!!

Sorry for rabbiting on.

Love and hugs Lynne xxxx β€οΈπŸ€—πŸŒˆπŸ’œ

Life without Healthunlocked could be a very lonely place.

You learn so much about your health problems sharing information is wonderful.

Thank you for a great service!

Yes, I totally agree!!

I picked recipes, games/puzzles, nature/pet photos and places of interest because I never get to get out and see other places outside of the USA. The pictures and information posted teaches me something new every day.

The recipe/baking postings give me ideas for new meals/after meal treats.

The games/puzzles keeps my mind active. :-) The pets/nature is something cute/pretty to see when you can't get out of the house. :-)

Ask me anything/expert advice - so long as we know what it is and have plenty of notice beforehand, there was some confusion with the last one.

I totally agree with that Whippet_lady!

Have ticked some and not others, I self select when going through the posts, it is obvious that some people like some subjects that I do not like, but the variety is what makes it so good, and this keeps so many different people happy.

I have been slightly greedy and put a lot of things on here, it would be good if something was organised with a medical expert (GP) maybe once or twice a week taking and answering questions I know it is going to take time organising and also specialist (GP's)

I'd like to leave positivewellbeing because I didn't choose to join and have no interest in any of it. I no longer read anything on health unlocked because to me it's all just nonsense.

Let me out of here.

If you didn't choose to join how did you end up here?

No doubt some bright spark thought we'd all lose our marbles in lockdown and signed everyone up. I'm on the Antiphospholipid syndrome part and have no interest in others mental health. I joined up to find out more about my condition and it's been a wealth of knowledge but frankly finding anything relevant these days is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Just let me go back to how things were pre lockdown.

You do Know you can leave at any time if you don’t find the forum helpful,.? after four years I’m sure you have made your mind up by now, take care

If you want to leave the forum, that's easy. Up near the top right corner there's a Write box and next to it there's a box with a tick in it. Click on that tick and that's it, you're gone. All the best to you. x

Hermes123 When one's day is taken up looking after somebody else, one need to keep it simple, so you can pick it up and put it down at will, people quite often ask how long do they take to make, that' s a difficult one to work out, one it is to the complications of the design how many changes of colour, has it a lot of contours or supple forms, what ever it is it is based on my own design. Hermes

I also think this community is very diverse. It would be nice to have more info and pictures on where people have visited and why they undertook their trip.

I love reading about other people's personal stories.

Basic information on what rheumatoid is different variations etc, treatment options available, services available eg OT etc. Consultant experts. Information on help available

I hope you get some positive feedback; from doing voluntary editing I know what my choice would be! Done my voting but thank you to all Admin and the Team for keeping us so well engaged!

Yes I have voted for 'Everything' too Jerry.

Is gardening included in nature, there are a lot of gardeners on here.

I think it’s great that it’s so varied. I ticked most of them. I love the funny jokes and the person who does the pictures and turns them into puzzles.

Picture puzzles are a good idea too!

What about gardening?

I would like to read more about anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia!

There is a forum for that. Have you joined? Ali

Film reviews/recommendations?

The details of β€˜patient journey’ always very helpful if you are recently diagnosed. Supporting and encouraging.

Many thanks

How do I get off this forum? I never signed up for this. Only want scleroderma posts

What about competitions?

What about an off button on the TV set?

Agony Aunt sessions

Thank you for this community

Pets photos are great, but I think they should be allowed only one a day, sometimes a person posts 4/5 pics of the same animal doing different things and it gets a bit boring , on the Fybromyalgia site which I belong to I think you are only allowed to post 1 picture a day.πŸ‘
