Which benefit now ?

Wondering if anyone can help,,, ive been changing benefits for some years now and been passed back and forward between esa and jsa I started new jsa claim in December but works out I've only had 3 payments since then as my jsa keeps getting stopped cause they say I'm not actively seeking work but on desist on letter when I appealed my esa being stopped it says about me not being able to do much work but there would be summit I can do tho am unsure what job centre expecting of me, I suffer from stress depression anxiety osteoarthritis and protruding discs in my spine I also suffer from asthma, I am waiting g on neurology appointments at the moment because of my back,, when I attended my medical for esa I was giving 6 points but payments were stopped due to dwp not receiving my questionairre back in the post of which if they had I would have received more points,,, but was told to claim jsa of which I did like I said in November, with me now being told am not getting any jsa payments from 14th b February does anyone know what I am meant to be doing now ?? Apart from climbing the walls as I'm now facing eviction in April because of the hassle housing benefit is having with my benefits continuously changing, any advice would be very much appreciated Thanks x

Hi we are a site which supports women with post natal depression - it does appear your issues don't fall into this category.

I'm sorry you're struggling. It's sounds like your physical and mental health are incredibly hard and having to deal with benefit issues must be hard . Have you contacted citizens advice bureau? Also I believe the charity Mind can you offer support and advice regarding such issues. I'm afraid I don't know much about benefits specifically but have heard it's a cumbersome and difficult process. Do try my suggestions x

Aw ok thank you, post natal depression is where my mental health was first at a dip, really don't know which way to turn can't approach one authority for worrying about another right now :( thanks for your suggestions tho I think I need go citizens advice x

Are you getting any treatment for the anxiety and depression. I'm sorry about the pnd - it's a terrible illness. How old is your little one?
