Welcome Enisa

I'm sorry you've been struggling for so long. PNI is a cruel illness but recoverable. Please consider talking to your dr. With support things will get better. Your dr will ha e heard your story a thousand times before as this is such a common illness with 20% of women getting it.

Your dr or health visitor can support you by talking to you and maybe encouraging you to find interests and something for yourself. You can be offered counselling which can help you offload what your feeling and find coping strategies.

I'm sorry your husband isn't being supportive. Many men incl my partner didn't. Often they feel helpless or it's just too much. Perhaps try asking him to undertake specific tasks to help you so maybe taking baby for a walk for an hr or hoovering if you feel tired as PNI is very draining.

Please keep talking x

Thanks for your words but I feel very tired and I really don't have time my baby is not slipping I'm not eating healthy I'm bored my Dr want me to go to therapy group but I feel like crazy to go there and I can't go because my husband is working and I don't have any support from no. One I have just a friend with who I can talk but I feel bad to say that I have postnatal depression is crazy I can't imagine how hi will treat me are is difficult English is my second language and sorry if I have made any mistake

Your English is great. What is your first language if you don't mind me asking.

You sound very isolated which must be hard for you. It's a vicious circle - if you feel tired you're less likely to eat healthily and go out - all things which make you feel better. Maybe set yourself one goal per day - that could be to eat a healthy lunch or go for a walk.

It's great you have a friend. In your culture is there stigma around post natal depression or mental health illnesses? You could just start by telling your friend you're fed up or bored and take it from there. Maybe you both go out a little more.

Do consider the therapy offered by your dr. It might help. Perhaps go to one session and see what it's like. I guarantee there will be lots of people who feel like you X

How is your baby today? Immunisations can be hard - any situation when your child is ill can be stressful but with post natal depression even more so.

When you feel overwhelmed like you did yesterday take slow deep breaths to calm yourself down. Look at the problem objectively - maybe write it down - and try to find a resolution . There will be one I promise you x
