Hello and welcome

Pregnancy can be a difficult time and many soon to be mums can start having these kind of symptoms. It's really positive you've identified this.

Is there anything you're feeling anxious about in particular? Has there been a trigger for this anxiety? Have you suffered from anxiety or depression previously? Sorry for all the questions. Often it's useful to identify the source of these worries. In pregnancy you are quite vulnerable with hormones all over the place.

Would you talk to your midwife or doctor about this. There are quite a few options for you and it's best to talk to a professional for support and guidance. For instance, for many women realising why they are feeling this way can really help them as well as talking about how they're feeling. Counselling can be offered.

Learing relaxation techniques so you have the tools to try and rationalise these worries and learn to relax.

If you would like to exchange messages with others who have had and are havin gsimilar experiences do come along to pni.org.uk.

Please keep talkingx
