Do you mean osteoarthritis? Have you tried Flexiseq - lots on the forum swear by it for OA.

You give us no information about yourself. How long have you had arthritis? What tablets have you tried so far? Have you tried gels/creams? What does your doctor say?

I found Flexiseq good, but not once joints get to bone on bone, as it only works on the synovial fluid between the joints. Or CBD ointment - cheaper on Am**** -
