Hi everyone - thank you all for your support yesterday.

Today I took the drop from 40 to 20 mg and started on Co-codamol - I’m amazed at how much less pain I have, but I guess that’s because I’m addressing the real issue of Osteoarthritis rather than PMR so I’m almost certain the moment Rheumatologist has the correct diagnosis.

I shall do a week on 20 mg then may try the drop to 15 just to see if it’s possible !

That's a good start at least! Onwards and downwards!

It certainly feels like a good start - I’m being careful not to get too excited but it does feel better than yesterday
