Look at related posts or type into search box - plenty of discussion. But consensus of opinion seems to be doesn’t help with PMR per se, but may help with add ons!

Same as what DL says - if you look to the right there is a list of related posts asking the same question.

I don’t know what you mean “ look to the right” PMR pro, if I could see it, I would have looked rather than bother people with the same question. You are rather abrupt I have found, esp as you set yourself up as an expert . I’m out of here..

On the right hand side of your screen, near the top, it says RELATED POSTS. Just click on one of those listed to see what others have said.

Related posts are usually on right of screen if you are using iPad or PC - but on an iPhone you need to scroll down the page.

This site is not always easy to navigate and sometimes it is worth asking a question that has been asked before - might garner some new / different replies. There are some really lovely helpful people here so might be worth reconsidering. Best wishes

I have never found PMRpro abrupt. Most of my help has come from the ambassador or Dorset Lady, with helpful support from other site users. On my Laptop there is a list to the right of Topic and pinned posts where you can find helpful answers.PMRpro doesn't need to write a book to tell you that.

I have never tried did but a friend of mine did for her arthritis but did not work for her. Might be worth a try

Given the number of posts that PMRpro and DorsetLady and many others, answer on this site it wouldn't be surprising if they were abrupt at times. However, in my opinion that is one thing they never are. They give up their time to give knowledgeable, scientific, informed and if necessary long replies, with follow ups if needed, to users who are seeking help and/or information and advice. Your choice if you wish to leave the site, but please do not blame it on others who do a wonderful job. Can't help with CBD oil as I have never used it.

I used it for back pain. It relieved the pain, but gave me bad stomach cramps and made me feel almost depressed. It may not work for PMR as the pain is different. My opioids for chronic pain don't work for PMR
