So two years in to my PMR "adventure" and I'm looking to do something about my diet.
Thankfully, I'm not type 2 but I have put on a couple of stones in weight which I would prefer to lose, plus, I'm probably not eating PMR friendly food.
My problem is I really haven't got a clue and I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a decent book.
although not a vegan, it would help if the book catered for an ageing vegetarian who can't eat grapefruit,
all suggestions welcome.
