I tried their quicker solution to taper and it nearly killed me!š± Iām following the ādead slow and nearly stopā tapering advice given here and although Iām feeling a bit more pain Iām āhumanā at least!!!!

Good.. but remember you still have the underlying illness , so you need to pace yourself - whatever tapering method you are following
