PMR .. It’s about gone.. Now what?

PMR is almost gone. Almost 2 years. I can’t believe it.. First I would like to thank all of my mentors on this site. You have given me vital info during these almost 2 years to maneuver this condition and more importantly the ups and downs that you all know can be upsetting. I began on 10 mg of prednisone .. and plaquenil as I am positive for RA.. slightly positive CCP. I was absolutely miserable at the start of this journey. I began a exercise program right away at..the start of this. I could barely raise my arms up .. 5 min at a time for exercise.. then I would increase over the 2 years. I would sleep immediately after as the fatigue was profound. I rested often during the day..!I mostly eat a anti inflammatory diet.. but I cheat at times. I rest even now.I had to stop work the doctor took me off of work and I was close to retirement so I never went back that was the key being able to rest during this time and cut out the stress. I did have a stressful job....I’m on 1 mg of prednisone with 400 mg Of plaquenil. My PMR pain is almost gone. I really hope it stays this way but as sick as I was to start I am concerned that it just will always be lurking. I do not mean to be negative As I know there are many people that are struggling with this and I want you to know I’m thinking and praying for you all. I’m feel amazing well. I want you all to know if this is the course no matter how long it takes it should burn out based on what others have said on the site and it will be an amazing feeling when it does .. thanks to everyone.
