Yes I have but I think that I have developed arthritis in my fingers during 4 years of PMR. It used to be one swollen finger now it seems to affect them all bar my thumbs and pinkies. It responds well to movement, unlike PMR ( my experience).

I had both hand and foot pain as symptoms of PMR

Yes repetitive actions such as chopping lots of vegetables (for soup ) or handwriting sometimes can trigger swollen and painful fingers. I then can’t bend them right back to the palm of my hand for a few days. Just recently I’ve been wrapping Christmas gifts and the use of scissors has felt quite painful. I mentioned intermittent swelling and finger pain at my last Rheumy visit and X-rays were taken. I must remember to ask about the results at my next appointment in January.

It’s a nuisance isn’t it?

My hands don't work as well as they used to. One toe sometimes hurts and occasionally my knees hurt. I think pmr moves around on me.
