PMR in the heat...

...is no fun. Poopadoop's post about the cooling scarves is a great idea. They are, apparently, quite easy to make yourself if you are so inclined:

is one of many sites which tell you how. One I bought for use in Egypt (in August) was great, and even useful in the heat of an Atlantic Canadian summer.
