Ladies' underwear: Sadie the bra lady. Sorry guys - though the wife might be interested

A few weeks ago there was a thread about fitting ladies underwear and I mentioned Sadie. I had the newsletter today and she is retiring :( I thought the ladies asking about where/how to find the right fitting might find this interesting and instructive for the next time you want comfortable underwear!

There is a video from Victoria's Secret - explaining where what should fit and how!!

Life is uncomfortable enough with PMR - no need to be any more uncomfortable!

Following the previous post I went to M&S for a fitting. Very good it was too. I hadn't worn a bra for a few months due to shoulder injury. Wearing the right sized bra makes a huge difference to both posture and comfort. The young assistant got the right bra for me straight away, though I did try on a couple of other styles. Would recommend.

I can't speak about M&S from personal experience - they didn't do my size. Looks as if they might now - though the chances finding my size in stock when passing will be minimal!
