Having discussed it with someone who works in the field I'm of the opinion it might be of use. But it would have to be on an ongoing basis since it isn't going to cure the a/i disorder, just work on the inflammation. And that, one suspects, is a rather expensive option!

Which might account for the lack of positive feedback.
