I had my sigmoidoscopy today and am very pleased to say - all is well - I'm surprised how well I feel, we really don't appreciate how bad stress can make us feel. I can now look forward to my daughter coming home end June and my other daughter's wedding in August and my wee granddaughter crawled 2 days ago 😄 Thank you all so much for your help and advice and just for being there and understanding. I am so happy to hear that all went well and you are nearer to your true self now. It is astonishing how stress transforms everything into a nightmare. I think our group are just more tuned into the insidious, negative effect it has on our health and well being. Onward Edwina, all good things now. 🌻

Thank you. It's been a really good emotional day, the best I've felt in ages but I must admit I'm tired now, even good emotions can drain us, but then it's bed time, so as you say "Onward to all good things" and bed lol

Good news. Stress is a terrible thing for an ill body and that includes good stress too. Onwards and upwards!!
