I take my Pred. at ten PM and it takes 4-6 hours to dissolve and be ready for the morning's cytokine dumping. But ten PM during standard time is 9 PM in daylight savings. And the cytokine dump doesn't know we set our clocks ahead.
I wonder how long it takes these systems to synchronize with our clocks. I've read a few people the last few days describing symptoms that sound like cytokine dumping, but an hour or two too early.
Then there is the fact that we are at the time of year when the daily increase in daylight is the most rapid. I wonder what that does.

I had a horrible time this year. Thanks to Dubya of course we north Americans have to start DST a week earlier than we used to so it's back to getting up in the dark again for a few days while the heavens catch up with us. I have a suspicion that when you get to a certain latitude north DST is pointless because daylight hours are nice and long anyway.
It's something that I have never really noticed - but then, as I see it, it isn't any different to forgetting your tablets and taking them late.
They did try it for a few years in the UK from 1968 to 1971:
"With the war over, Britain returned to British Summer Time as before except for a brief trial between 1968 and 1971 when the clocks went forward but did not go back. The trial was deemed unsuccessful and abandoned."
It was awfully dark in Scotland in the middle of winter!!!! OTOH it is very light in summer.
I suspect it depends on your dosage and your sensitivity to schedule changes. As we all know this is a very individual disorder so everyone will respond differently. Personally I haven’t had any issues with time changes travelling from the Canadian west coast to Europe. I just stick to my usual schedule as best I can. I do find I need a good few hours of extra sleep or downtime though so try not to plan on a busy day the first day after arriving. Hope you don’t have any problems. 🌸
