Hi, I get infrequent optical migraines, probably 1 or 2 a year. Just had a period of stress and took some S J W over a couple of days. Noticed when I took them the migraines appeared. Wonder if anyone else had similar outcomes.

Don't think StJW is recommended with certain medication. Think you should check with GP or Pharmacist before taking any more.

Definitely - never take supplements or alternative remedies without checking with your pharmacist.

My sister, who does not have PMR, had dreadful side effects from SJW, back aches etc.
