Just a quick bit of news. PMRGCAuk are in London today at the Vasculitis 2015 international conference, with colleagues from Vasculitis UK. We have just been speaking about the power of the internet and social media to bring patients together for support and developing research. Big historical moment - this is the first time ever that patients have been invited to speak at the conference! There was quite a lot of interest among international delegates (top clinicians and researchers) about the PMRGCAuk and VasculitisUK forums on HealthUnlocked.

Its about time the patients were heard - after all its the patients who know best how they feel, isn't it? Good luck & best wishes.

Hi Kate, it was this forum that brought several of us together at the patients day of the symposium yesterday - we warmed it up for you! We all enjoyed it and found it hugely informative and interesting.
