I have had pmr on and off for 4 years. however during recent snowy weather I did the splits in some mud and pulled muscles in my groin extremely painful but the pain is now receding. The pmr returned after I had my accident (presumably the shock) and I have been struggling ever since tried increasing dose for a few days which helped however I keep getting bouts of tingling in my upper arms most upsetting any ideas anyone?

You may have tight muscles in your back that are trapping a nerve causing the tingling in your arms - but that is something to run past your doctor at some point.
