LO.it is a lovely crisp sunny day here,i have been for my walk in the park, just having a sarny.just thinking about my Xmas list for Santa have put Phillosan ? at top of my list for Fatigue, I hope it fortifies the over 70s. All the best to one & all. Dave.

I don't know which part of the country you're in, but lucky lucky you with the "lovely crisp sunny day". Here in my part of the South East it hasn't stopped raining all day and all of last night and our road is like a river. I pity the poor souls who were flooded out last year, especially those still not back in their homes - they must be so concerned for their future with the return of this never-ending rain.

Let me know if the fortifier works!!!

It was sturup Sunday in my house today so puddings made Christmas lists started top of mine the pill that'll let me stay awake for 12 hours on Christmas day when the family are here .
