Came down to 15mg pred

Took around 7am but have been very heavy and drugged up all morning. Heavy

pressure around forehead. Have been out for good walk but still feeling 'wiped out'.

Hi

My doctor told me to take around 5am, earlier the better. Im now downn to 20mg.....might help

I have found by experiment that taking pred in very early morning appears to lower bad reaction!
