Hi, looking on the age chart my age 74 for getting PMR is pretty normal. My doctor thought I was ' rather young to get it. My sister in law has it too and she is 64!

This forum is so good. I get good days and bad. Wonder if I overdo it on good days? See the stretching is good and helps the pain. How much exercise should one do?
