Otezla
I'm on
Plaquenil
which helps A LOT with ulcers. I also just started Colchicine for flares and Imuran daily. I've also been on Otezla since August of 2023. I guess my question is how long did it take you to notice a difference on Otezla?

Concerning Micro clots?
He added 81 mg aspirin to my 15 mgs. of warfarin along with my 600 mg
plaquenil
. It helped back then. I eventually discontinued aspirin but have continued with my 15 mgs. warfarin and 600 mg of
Plaquenil
and have been pretty good with the micro clots up until about a month ago.

Anyone with behcet's taking rinvoq?
Basically nothing else was controlling the flares, tried aza, colchicine,
plaquenil
, methotrexate, mercaptopurine, humira and probably others that I've forgotten. My steroid use was getting a little out of hand and the higher doses have a pretty negative impact on my mental health.

Lupus rash
I take
Plaquenil
twice a day. I develop a rash on my left eyelid every so often. It seems to be a sign I am getting sick. I have had it the past month. It is itchy at times, but at the moment it just looks very red and dry. I have tried a variety of things.

My recent journey in decreasing prednisone
Methotrexate and
plaquenil
. and have not been able,(until now) to decrease my pred. amount. Last June I was given 25mg pred. because I had major surgery and it was felt I needed a higher dose in order to help me recover. Since that time I only had one flare that set me back a little.

At zero prednisone, almost a week
The
Plaquenil
I don't mind, as side effects are nil. But there is still a financial cost to them too. Middle fingers are stiff, have to put up with it for now. But I am sleeping better, my hands don't fall asleep as much or as painful as they were.

Doctors gave me therapy
plaquenil
2 per day and corticosteroids. Now all the results are ok, stopped with corticosteroids, but kept
plaquenil
2 per day. First question, what do you think about therapy? Second question is this disease dangerous? Third what about skin and wrinkles (I’m 40 years old).

What happens if Prednisone isn't taken for PMR?
I also need to determine whether or not to start
Plaquenil
for RA but that's a different conversation. Thank God for this forum!

Zentiva shortages
I have been told by my Pharmacist that Zentiva have sold the license for Hydroxy ( originally from the makers of
Plaquenil
) to a Uk based lab and that they are the only make now available!! I have one more week left of the Zentiva and I very nervous to be going on to the new tabs.

Discoid Lupus itchy scalp more bald patches what to do to ease it?
After a biopsy in 2021 which confirmed lupus (scalp) I was prescribed
Plaquenil
(hydroxychloroquine sulfate). Having a long history of being prescribed very strong drugs here in France and becoming unwell from them I didn't take the treatment and finally got to see my normal dermatologist.

Oral Thrush that does not go away
My Rheumatologist does not know yet, but I know once again he will take me off
plaquenil
as diflucan and
plaquenil
interfere possibly with heart rhythm. How will I cope without hydroxy? For 3 months? I am at a low dose prednisone of 3 mg. Have taken all sugar out of my diet.

RA with Sjorgrens
I am on
plaquenil
for 1 year which has helped the sjorgrens symptoms except for the joint pain. I failed methotrexate and Arava and Imuran. I’m simmering at tolerable pain with 7.5mg of prednisone and
plaquenil
and some occasional ibuprofen.

Skin ulcers
I am not on steroids at the moment (just
plaquenil
) and don't have any other signs of a possible flare. Has anyone ever had something like this? Is it related to Lupus or just a coincidence? Thanks for any advice.
