I was diagnosed with ADPKD (PKD1) when I was 11 years old. i'm a mutation. Now i'm 22 years old and very worried about my health. My biggest cysts is 7,5cm and it causes back pain for me. Can someone give me some useful information? About my prognosis, about get married and have children and about diet. Thank you ! (and sorry for my bad english).

Speak with your doctor and ask her or him those important questions.
Remember that everyone's life with PKD is different but many people have full and healthy lives, get married, have children etc.
