Is pkd autoimmune disease

It has many common things with other autoimmune diseases such as increased CRP, inflammation, nodule or cysts with clear liquid, gradually it destroys organ targets (liver, kidneys or else). There are many people without any relative with PKD but some of them have close relatives with other autoimmune diseases.

Am I crazy to believe that?
