Advice Please: Pilocarpine Eye Drops 2.0%
Can anyone please advise me on when is best to administer the eye drops. I have to have 1 drop in each eye per day. I've been advised my vision may be limited and wondered if it might be better to take them at night as not to interrupt my day. I am worried however, if I were to take them at night and

Help please is it possible in a month for the angle to change from narrow to wide open angles? This just doesn’t make sense to me.
.), I was then asked to just take only
pilocarpine
3 times a day and cosopt twice a day and have a follow up in a week. On my next visit a week later 23rd May my pressures 21 and 20, and I was asked to take
Pilocarpine

Referral to another hospital
The downside of the meds are the
pilocarpine
give my a thick head and achy eyes, the Acetazolamide makes me tired (I was previously on the slow release version but you can’t get hold of this at the moment), I also get the tingly hands, face and legs.

Dry Mouth & the Advanced PC Patient (for those on Pluvicto or meds or ICI, where a side effect is dry mouth) - A Guide
Currently there are two prescription drugs available:
pilocarpine
(Salagen) and cevimeline (Evoxac). However, both have potentially significant side effects that may preclude their usage. Good oral hygiene is critical in preventing dental disease.

sore feet possible peripheral neuropathy.
I'm only on hydroxy and
pilocarpine
at the moment. Luckily it's mostly in the feet and it's not causing much pain just sore and sensitive. It's a little bit in the fingers. I have read catching it early can help.

sensitive feet?
I don't know if this is just a new issue from lupus/sjogrens or from taking hydroxy or
pilocarpine
. I'm early fifties so it can't be old age thinning skin yet. I'm getting frustrated as walking anywhere just causes pain and soreness and rubbing sores.

Eye Drops
She’s been on a lot of eye drops but is now down to just
pilocarpine
four times a day. The problem she has is that they sting and burn uncontrollably. She’s tried the preservative free ones and is also taking dry eye drops. The specialist hasn’t really given her any useful advice.

Follow up from trab
I'm aware it will need a trab in time, so in the meantime he's put me on
pilocarpine
4 times a day. Does anyone have experience of this? The information leaflet says it's only used in emergencies and the side affects are worrying, but am trying not to get hung up on these.

Does anyone else experience vision problems after this drop.? I have been on it since March and each time it goes in I have difficulty reading after instillation and a brownish circle in the centre of my vision. Sometimes it shimmers. This lasts for an hour or so afterwards. Does anyone else have

Taking
pilocarpine
, dorzolamide/timolol for over a month but recently seems to make me dizzy especially when lying flat. Also slowly withdrawing diamox 250mg. How can I lie still for surgery with this. Does anyone have advice or experience of this. All comments appreciated.
