A little help with my symptoms Please?

Hi I'm new here, and I'm just looking to get some information about symptoms, for example for the last week I've lost 17 pounds of unintended weight, I've got no appetite, dry mouth with white tingly tounge and a bump at the back of my tongue. I've done some reading online and the symptoms all pointed to Cancer, I've got an appointment tomorrow with my GP tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone could shine a little light on these symptoms and maybe if anyone can tell.me the type of cancer this could be, I know it's not easy and there's so many that could be. But I just need to know what I can expect from my GP and what kinda questions I can ask him.

I haven't slept all week just constantly on my phone worrying what the out come would be.

thanks Jennymary, I've been referred to have an Ultrasound to be done.

it's odd he turned to me saying there's nothing wrong that they can see, because my body temperature is normal, my blood pressure is normal and my blood tests came back Normal. It's odd I know but it doesn't explain the massive weight loss and still loosing, plus abdominal pain.

so hopefully the Ultrasound will help. To clear things up and I hope for the better.
