I posted a while back on here about pelvic chronic pain, I increased my dosage of notriptyline but unfortunately i I felt no relief for my pain and I have decided to slowly come off it and try something different.
Question to all people who are suffering every single day with pelvic chronic pain both female and males muscle what long term midication has worked for you so I can ask my doctor.
Many Thanks

Morphine has helped me it sometimes takes the pain away almost completely good luck feel better and try to get into some kind of aquatic therapy even if it’s your local ymca
Thank u. I’ve signed up to swimming and will start going but with fam and kids it’s difficult to find time. I’m the Uk and I don’t think ketamine is available for chronic pain management.
There’s exercises specifically that I do you don’t want to tighten your pelvic floor more Do you have a tight pelvic floor I do a lot of hip flexor's, marching with bands, bicycle , tandem walking balance , there’s more when I go back I’ll remember them better it’s been a game changer and I work for a hour in a 92 degrees tank hope the pool helps you and your family have fun
Im sorry to read that you are in pain and suffer daily.
After years of excruciating pain in my pelvic area, my life is finally starting to return to normal. I could hardly sit, lift, urinate, or go to the bathroom properly, and panic consumed me almost every day. I no longer have any restrictions in my life and I feel free as a bird.
The pain was caused by a compressed pudendal nerve, and I suffered for many years, visiting countless doctors in my home country who didn’t take me seriously. Pain medication was never an option for me either.
Finally, I discovered pudendalsurgery.com and had a consultation with Dr. Renaud Bollens, who performed surgery on me this past summer. He has literally saved my life. I hope others can receive the same help I did – no one should have to endure this hell and be dismissed by uninformed doctors.
the doctor has suggested I try 100mg of pregablin 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening…does anyone have any experience with pregablin and did it work?
