Pelvic floor dysfunction or IC / BPS and sitting on the loo too long?

Hello, I’m still trying to find out what’s going on with me and PFD is one of the things I’m looking at along with IC/Bladder pain syndrome and endo.

It’s a weird question but does anyone else find that if they sit on the toilet too long that their bladder or muscles around it start feeling tender or like it might go into a flare or spasm?

Just wondering if anyone else experiences this and if so what you’ve been diagnosed with?

Thanks! X

Do you have it? If so what are your symptoms?

Try to find a pelvic floor physical therapist she will help and or a pelvic pain specialist
