I was diagnosed with pudendal neuralgia and posterior femoral cutaneous neuralgia I have burning pain on my left side from my rectum to my clitoris and bilaterally in my perineum and down the back of my legs. Can anyone give my contact information for the specialists in France. Also about how much would it cost to be evaluated? How much would surgery cost in US dollar amounts? From what I read they are the best.

Thank you

Hi there

Your situación is very much like many in this chat including me.

The best way to go is approaching an osteopath specialized in pelvic floor, that is the best you can do at this stage on your condition. Doctors won't really know on how to approach this syndrome PNE. The only transitory solution you'll find from doctors is through injections or surgery but the final conclusion you'll reach is that you'll be seating with the same pain than before the injections or the surgery.

Hoping you will find an alleviation, best of luck.
