Pudendal nerve injections - should they be performed after 10 weeks of having pudendal neuralgia?

Advice, please on how long you should try manual therapy and neuromodulation drug before resorting to the nerve blocks. Thank you

If you can’t sit, can’t sleep and the pain in your rectum feels like electrocution pain, you need the blocks done stat!

Make sure they use both anaesthetic and 40-60mg steroid. It should be with fluoroscopy guidance or CT guidance. Also, the injection should be into the nerve root in your buttock. Good luck.
