Laparoscopy in August found ashermans syndrome, endometriosis, andenomyosis.
On my first injection of zoladex and I must admit, 3 weeks into it my mood had completely hit rock bottom. I have mental health problems regardless but this has exasperated everything ten fold, I don’t feel like I’m coping. I’m having bowel problems too which isn’t helping.
Feeling very very low and desperate.
Another woman and I started a chronic pain and illness group on nextdoor.com..She has endometriosis and I have pelvic floor dysfunction/pudental neuralgia.....maybe you could do something like this once you get the pain under control because it really helps...sorry I can't offer more but hopefully you can get some pain and antidepressant meds....seems like amitriptline may help you
Sazley do you have a psychiatrist? There may be medications that will help both pain and depression (I have similar problem to yours). I have also been feeling extremely low lately. Seeing my gyno Monday & will likely need another pudendal block and Botox.
