Help for a friend who is having these symptoms

Case presented:- please. Age 23 female unmarried... Severe n sudden itching in private region , sum times sudden needle like stinging pain wen walking, pain in buttocks n tiredness in legs n pain, uneasiness,, even sumtimes severe burning wen urinating, this happen then small boils of pus occurs on inside region, very painful condition she cried.... This happened 4 times and it occurs after every 3-4months in year... Medical doctors suggested her to do C.B.C test. Please seniors help in this matter. Wats d problem wid her??? CBC n blood sugar tests are normal... Said by doctor. And she still has buttocks pain, legs pain that comes n goes, uneasiness n feeling of weakness in legs ,sudden needle like stinging pain in labia minora that is unbearable for the moment she can't walk.... Plzzzzzzz diagnose Last night she can't sleep bcz of severe pain in buttocks, private region, back of legs, rectum pressure n uneasiness Following tests r normal... LFTs, Blood Sugar Random, CBC..

Had she been to a pelvic floor physical therapist? Dysfunction here can cause most/all of her symptoms. Does she have tight pelvic muscles?

Not to be rude, but has she been tested for STD's? The pus boils kind of sound like herpes. How it goes away and comes back. A std can also cause the itching and burning

She should be tested for herpes zoster. She should get a thorough antibody test with a GOOD infectious disease specialist!!!

The boils sound like herpes. Herpes can also cause internal infection on nerves and it lies dormant in tailbone area. The pain and neurological symptoms may indicate internal herpes.

She needs to have a differential diagnosis for vulvodynia or a urinary tract infection.( UTI ). It could be a yeast infection. Definitely rule out herpes to.

Maybe it could be a number of issue not just one pudendal neuralgia, IC, vulvodynia.

Test for chlamydia also.
