Can you please explain your symptoms ? When did pain start? Where did it start? How do you describe your pain? Red hot? Throbbing? Tearing? Thanks.

Thank you for your reply, the pain started around 7 weeks ago. It first felt as though I had a full bladder. Then I felt pains in the groin area, the pain starts out like a burning sensation then escalates to a stabbing pain . It then becomes very sensitive in this area slight bulge very tender. The pain level is at a ten to the point i can't stand up straight.

Has urine tract/bladder infection been ruled out? Did they do urine and blood tests?

What about possibility of kidney stones being passed? Have you had an abdominal xray? Abdo Ultrasound?

With your history (below) shouldn't the Consultants keep on looking until they find the cause. I would have thought so.

Shouldn't have been sent home from ER with 10/10 pain not resolved nor diagnosed (in my view).

Not sure I can, sorry. Sounds dreadful. You are in USA? So just after 6am there as I write this 12.10pm UK. Just a few points to consider - although you may have already:

Does this pain and undiagnosed condition affect your bowel and bladder function?

Was there a fall or any injury prior to onset of pain? Could it be a tendon injury?

Have you seen a Colorectal Specialist?

An Orthopaedic Specialist?

Physiotherapist?

Thank you so much for your input.

No bowel function and bladder not effected.

I do bowl not sure if it;s a tendon injury also not sure how to determine if it is, will check with an orthopedic today. Have not seen a colorectal or Physiotherapist.

Do you recall any pull when bowling? Or slip?

Physical therapy for pelvic pain sounds like a good option.. you can find one for your area by googling.

I had the same symptoms. took me more than a decade to figure out. Make sure you get everything ruled out of course, std, injury, prostate checked (no clue what a chaney looks like), hysterectomy mesh corrected or removed. Turns out, for me, it was scar tissue wrapped around several nerves, you can try the Astym method or the Graston technique (look them up on youtube). Basically you rub a tool hard over the skin of your abdomen, butt, pubis, and the scar tissue slowly breaks down. It will look like its bruised/bleeding under the skin, but its harmless.

Thank you for your input.

Chaney is a 61 year old male, prostate cancer surior. std was ruled out, looking into if could be an injury. I am going to look into the other methods and techniques you described.

Thanks again.
