Hi. A lot of V sufferers experience this but the reason is unkown. It may help to see a derm to rule out lichen sclerosus or allergies. Amitriptyline worked for le as it was caused by nerve pain. Bear in mind my symptoms were never burning but electric shocks and buzzing. May yoi het better soon. People do recover from this
