Hi Hun, I'm not an expert but I believe lavender is pretty good. Hope you get an expert answer soon and some relief from your symptoms very soon. Take care.

i had surgery with Dr. A Lee Dellon in Baltimore. Go on his website and you will learn all about it. dellon.com/

email his, he will answer you right away, he's really good about that.

good luck

Hi, I am so happy for you and that surgery has worked for you and you are virtually pain free. I have been told by a specialist in PNE in the UK that I should have an operation and he suggested the best place for me to go is in Nantes, France which will cost a lot of money which I don’t have. Xx

maybe they will make a payment plan for you, you never know until you ask. you have to be your own advocate!!! don't give up, the answer is out there but you can't give up!!! Make more calls, do more research!!

If its just pure nerve pain I suggest Peppermint or Panaway mixed in with a carrier oil. It might alleviate some of the pain. I use marjoram, roman chamomile, and lavender mixed with Traumeel Ointment to alleviate my pelvic floor muscle spasms and reduce inflammation.
