Hi. I am 27 years old and have epilepsy for 11 years now. I am on 3 types of anti convulsants. My weight constantly fluctuates due to meds. for past couple of years I have gained about 12 kgs and I start having lower back pain it wasn't constant at first but for past month nothing has worked and the pain is sharp in my lower back it goes down to my thighs. I went to a neurologist and he recommended physiotherapy, vitamins and some painkillers. I don't know exactly what it is but it's getting worst.

hi

i can understand your frustration with the weight gain, i have gone from a size 10/12 to size 16/18 because of the pain meds, i have also had an increase in back pain and i am sure it is because of the extra weight
