I think I had a chemical pregnancy..... I had one faint positive test then the next test was negative and I started my period... I was a week and a half late.... But now I am feeling discomfort on my left side... I feel like I can feel my ovary and I have sudden sharp stabbing vaginal pain. Any ideas
