I am 49 and have had various surgeries for endometriosis and finally a hysterectomy about 5 years ago. The pain returned 2 years ago and has gradually got worse. I now take gabapentin and slow release morphine to manage the pain. I went privately to see my original surgeon a couple of weeks ago. He said he will do another lap but it may not help and could make things worse. So I now have to decide my next steps. Any advice?
